About our review automation service.
How does the review automation actually work?
After a job is completed, you add the customer's name and phone number to the system. Our platform automatically sends them a friendly SMS with a direct link to leave a Google review. If they don't respond in a day or two, one follow-up message goes out. That's it.
What if a customer isn't happy?
If a customer replies with a complaint instead of leaving a review, we forward that message directly to you privately. You get a chance to make it right before it ever becomes a public 1-star review.
Is this legal / compliant?
Yes. Our messages are fully compliant with Google's review policies, TCPA regulations, and A2P 10DLC carrier requirements. Every message includes an opt-out (STOP), and we never ask customers to leave only positive reviews.
How long does setup take?
About 30 minutes. We get your business name, Google review link, and message preferences — then the system is ready to go. You can start sending review requests after your very next job.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Month-to-month. If it's not working for you, you can cancel anytime.
Do you work with service-based companies outside Michigan?
Primarily Michigan, but reach out — we may be able to work with you depending on where you're located.
